Secure Lockdown/Lockout Drill # 1

Dear North Bellmore Community,

I am writing to inform you that our administrators and members of our safety teams, will conduct four secure lockdown/lockout drills this year to ensure our students and staff are well-prepared for emergencies.  North Bellmore conducts all drills in a developmentally and age appropriate manner.  At the times drills are conducted, students and staff are informed that the activities being conducted are a drill. The first set of drills will be held within one week. 

For additional details regarding North Bellmore's Districtwide Emergency Planning, please refer to the Emergency Planning Guide for Parents sent via Parent Square on August 31. You can also find district emergency procedure information on our website by accessing the District tab followed by clicking on the District Plans tab. 

As always, the safety of our students, faculty, and staff is our first priority.
