The Mini Grant program provides financial
and material resources for teachers to use in their classrooms
on a variety of projects associated with our outstanding curriculum.
The Teacher Center will provide incentive
funds for classroom activities, curriculum development, enrichment
experiences, professional growth and other project ideas.
A member of the Teacher Center staff
can assist you on completing the grant application for your
project.
As you begin your project development
please keep in mind the following key components for grant
consideration:
- Statement of Purpose
- Clearly state your project intent
and objectives
- Procedure
- Specify the process you will use
to implement and conduct this project. *Use of examples
is suggested
- Anticipated Outcome
- Briefly state what you expect
to occur as a result of your project. Describe student impact.
- Evaluation
- What will your evaluation criteria
be? Describe how achievement will happen.
- Replication
- How can this project be replicated
and adapted by other teachers.
- Budgetary Considerations
- Indicate supplies and materials.
- Timeline
- How long will the project take
to complete? Inicated projected time period.
Please note that a presentation and
evaluation is expected of all mini grant recepients.
